ADC Texaf Kinshasa is the Democratic Republic of Congo’s first Tier III, carrier-neutral data centre, strategically located within the Silikin Village innovation hub in Kinshasa. Developed by WIOCC Group in partnership with TEXAF, the facility offers open-access interconnection for multiple carriers, ISPs, and cloud providers, creating a vibrant local digital ecosystem. With an initial capacity of 2 MW and room for over 550 racks, it enables reliable, secure, and scalable colocation and peering services. The data centre is playing a pivotal role in localising content, reducing connectivity costs, and accelerating digital transformation across key sectors in the DRC.
